Mark and Michelles incredible Christmas decorations at £3.5m mansion

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan really know how to do Christmas.

Since the couple bought and renovated their dream £3.5 million Essex mansion back in 2019, they've been treating their fans – and all 601K followers of their joint home Instagram account – to their lavish festive decorations. Which, seem to get more and more elaborate as the years go by.

This Christmas, the famous couple have outdone themselves, thanks to their Home Alone-esque house transformation that could definitely rival the Kardashians. Who as we all know, are renowned for their lavish decorations, huge trees and incredibly expensive wintery displays.

Over the last couple of weeks, the 36 year olds have been updating their Instagram account with more and more Christmas content, from stories to videos added directly to their grid. The latest footage has given fans an all access pass to the exterior and interior of their home, which they labelled as "Christmas magic."

Let's start with the outside, which fans have also been comparing to the iconic Home Alone house. Mark and Michelle have added the most spectacular fairy lights around each window, plus the length of the roof, and placed two identical Christmas trees on either side of the exterior, also covered in dazzling lights.

Next to the trees and closer to the door, the couple have added two light up reindeers that just scream Christmas. In terms of the grandest decoration and star of the show, Mark and Michelle have adorned their front door with a stunning wintery garland complete with oversized baubles and lights, while a large wreath in the same style sits at the top of the building in pride and place.

Onto the inside now, and the winter wonderland is just as impressive. Taking to his own Instagram to show off his and Michelle's huge tree and inside decs, Mark posted a video to his grid, labelling the work of 4 Season events as "Christmas heaven."

"Christmas 2023 has begun," Mark typed, as the footage revealed a ginormous Christmas tree in the foyer, embellished with gold, white and cream baubles, ribbons and ferns. The tree was complimented by another stunning garland display that ran up the entirety of the curved banister, making the otherwise minimalist space feel warm, cosy and undeniably festive.

Naturally, plenty of fans have taken to social media to gush over the decorations since their unveiling.

"Wow how amazing does that look!!" one person typed, as another said: "Ohh wow the Whitehouse got nothing in the wrighthouse."

"If this isn’t house goals I don’t know what is," a third penned, as a fourth made a direct reference to the classic Christmas film, Home Alone. "When you have a child please call him Kevin," they joked.

We can't wait for more festive content from Mark and Michelle as we get closer to the big day!
